Detoxification, colon cleanse via banana milk juice

Todays' living environment quality has been seriously damaged by people.  Rivers, fishes and prawns in streams are often polluted by industrial waste water, household waste, pesticides, and herbicides. Polluted air, the processed, preserved or salted foods, food coloring, new building materials, fabrics, cosmetics, aerosol cans, detergents, are sources of toxins that enter our body without our notice.  Let's look into some of natural food around that can assist us in detoxification.

Banana

Banana has a lot of pectin is a very good cleansing diet and detox diet.  Those suffer from constipation can take one during breakfast to ease bowel movement and to do colon cleanse.  It will absorb water in colons and lubricate colons at the same to promote movement and perform colon cleansing.  Most importantly, it can absorb the fungus and germs attached to the inner wall of colons and also suppress fungus and germs growth to heal colon inflammation.

It has organic nutrients such as carbohydrate, protein, and fat; while also having inorganic nutrients such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium.  In addition, it has Vitamin A, B group, C, E, and ß-carotene. The salt content is very low and its cholesterol level is close to nil.

Banana only only provides lots of nutrients, eating frequently, it can also give soft and radiant skin, brighter eyes, energetic body, and prolonged life. 

Recipe: revitalization and colon cleansing drink: banana milk juice

Ingredients: one banana, one teaspoon of lemon juice, one glass of milk, some small amount of cinnamon powder.

Steps:

  1. Peel the banana, put the banana flesh/pulp in the blender along with lemon juice, and milk. 
  2. Pour the blended banana milk into a shake, add in some honey, cinnamon powder, and ice, shake well and it is ready to use.

Effect:  Cleanse colon and blood; moisturize lungs.

Note:

Though Banana helps digestive function and bowel movement, eating it with empty stomach is bad for health.  It has to be taken after meal or when you are not feeling hungry.  Those with body aches, muscle cramps, under treatment wounds or gastric acid concern should avoid taking bananas.  As potassium content is high in bananas, those with kidney problem should avoid taking bananas.
