whiter skinIn order to make your skin lighter, you have to understand UV (Ultraviolet) is one big deterrence.  The best way to have fair skin is to avoid UV radiation, do not stay under the sun.

With air pollution becomes more imminent, the harm of staying under sun is becoming more damaging as free radicals are generated under UV radiation and these radicals are damaging skin cells and causing dark spots on face and skin.  In unavoidable UV radiation circumstances, you not only need to apply sun block lotion, but also need to take in nutrients that can strengthen skin natural sun blocking capability to get whiter skin. 

Some of the nutrients that can promote skin to have sun blocking capability:

  1. Vitamin E:     Pigmentation in our body is caused by oxidized unsaturated fatty acid.  Vitamin E can curb this oxidized unsaturated fatty acid and can effectively prevent skin pigmentation and make your skin lighter.  In addition, Vitamin E has anti aging effect.  Source: cabbage, Cauliflower, sesame, sunflower seed, rape seed oil, pine nut.
