It is not for questions about your order with another company, we don’t do any payment processing or take orders on our website. ECR.com was made to help you choose if e-cigarettes are right for you, to educate consumers on particular brands before they make a purchase, and to give our visitors a chance to share their opinions on the various brands on the market. Please see our note below the form if you have questions about a missing order, canceling an order, or requesting a refund.

Attention E-Cigarette Customers: ECR.com does not take payment or billing info for e-cigarette orders. We don’t sell any products on our website! We’ve been getting a lot of complaints about certain programs (Smart Smoker, Smoking Everywhere, Smoke51 to name a few), however, these matters are out of our control. You must contact the customer service team of the brand you’re having issues with for refunds, complaints, return addresses etc. In some cases, we may be able to find out a little more than the average consumer since we have numerous contacts in the industry. If you’d like to us to attempt to track down some info on your order please be sure to include the following:
- Brand
- Confirmation Number
- Order Date
- Full Name
- Billing Address
- Problem/Question/Comment
